PencilFlex Bollard
Designed for use at schools in Active Travel schemes, the PencilFlex rebound bollard is the ideal solution to provide clear and effective school zone delineation. Available in a choice of colours, the PencilFlex is a great choice for highway and car park installations.

Easy installation
PencilFlex bollards are quick to install using the integral ground screw fixing on the bollard.
Procedure:
- Drill hole 130mm deep and 30mm in diameter.
- Vacuum/remove fully all debris inside the hole.
- Apply epoxy resin and fill the hole to 60%.
- Insert and press the bollard down into the hole with the metal
anchor already in place fixed to the bottom of the bollard. - Ensure bottom of the bollard is sitting flush on the road/pavement
surface and is straight.
Once installed, the PencilFlex bollard is resistant to vandalism, and can be removed with a strap wrench.
Arc Chemical Anchor epoxy resin is used for installation in our video. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure the fixings are suitable for the surface, and that the surface is sound/stable enough to securely anchor the bollard in the event of an impact.

The PencilFlex bollard can be supplied to fit a TMP retention socket. This makes installing and removing the PencilFlex a breeze, taking only seconds. Perfect for access routes or temporary installations.
