Last week we underwent the required Quality Management audit at our head office in Horsham, in line with our accreditation to ISO 9001.
The audit was carried out over three days by external auditors, who are free of any conflict of interest.
The audit itself comprises of a review of documentation to make sure that we meet the requirements of the standard. This is then followed by a review of the implementation and effectiveness of our policies and procedures on-site.
TMP had, up until last week, held the ISO 9001:2008 QMS standard, however as you may know, the standard was updated in 2015 and all accredited companies must comply to the new standard by 14th September 2018. We are delighted to say that we have successfully achieved transition, and are now fully ISO 9001:2015 accredited.
Transition to the new standard re-affirms that our customers can buy our products and services in the knowledge that they continue to be at the standard and specification expected. It also emphasises that TMP operates as efficiently as possible, whilst not compromising on quality in any way, shape or form.
